| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow Up on Violations 901756132 / 901756131 / 901756130 DETAILS: I called Andrew and left a voice message informing him about the Nitrate sample, the source sample and the routine coliform sample they failed to report in 2017. I reminded Andrew that they need to collect a source sample and a Nitrate sample sometime during this year. I also advised him to collect a routine coliform sample as soon as possible in order to avoid further violations that could cause their coliform monitoring schedule to change from quarterly to monthly. ACTION NEEDED: System operator has to collect a routine sample the 1st quarter of 2018 as soon as possible. The Nitrate and source sample must be collected sometime during the calendar year. | ||
