| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: Positive coliform sample requiring repeat samples (State Reg. system).I called the phone number for the contact, Krystal Snow, listed on the Alert (503-591-5256) and found the number to no longer be in service. I then called the phone number listed for the Operator, Krystal Snow, listed in our file (503-647-0165) and no one answered the phone. I redialed, got a phone tree list, and left a message for a return phone call AND that 3-repeat samples need to be submitted to the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting lab results of repeat samples. | ||
