| Details: | SUMMARY: survey deficiency correction DETAILS: The water system had two deficiences noted during the survey 10/12/17. One was for no intital arsenic sample and the other non-approved chlorine. The system corrected the arsenic on 1/8/18 and confirmed the chlorine product (Hasa chlor) being used on 2/23/18. ACTION NEEDED: none at this time | ||
