| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiencies Follow Up DETAILS: Called Eugene to follow up on the significant deficiencies found on the survey done in September. The two deficiences being: No operations and maintenance manual and an emergency response plan is not completed. Eugene informed me he has sold the property to Randy Dyche who will be in charge of the system going forward. He asked if I could send him in an email the information on the deficiencies. ACTION NEEDED: I received Randys contact information from Eugene and he told me he would let him know to expect a call from me. I will call Randy to talk about the system and confirm he will be the new contact for the system. I emailed Eugene information on how to create an operations manual and an emergency response plan. | ||
