| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow Up on Survey Deficiencies and Monitoring Violations DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Wright over the phone to remind him that the significant deficiencies identified during the survey have to be corrected by 02/20/2018. He stated that they are currently working on them. He stated that they will be completed within the time frame. He will send me a copy of the documents for my review. I also reminded Mr. Wright to collect a routine coliform sample for this quarter, as well as the annual source sample and a Nitrate sample for 2018. I advised him to do this as soon as possible to avoid getting further violations that could cause their coliform monitoring schedule to change from quarterly to monthly. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Wright will provide copies of: the management and operation documents, the coliform sampling plan and a picture of the new raw water sample tap. I emailed electronic copies of the management and operation templates requested by Mr. Wright. | ||
