| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to Repeat Positives for Total Coliform DETAILS: I contacted Jan Hester this day and discussed the TC positive results. I have issued her a L1 investigation form and discussed completing the form and possible reasons for the positives. I also emailed shock chlorination guidance and informed her of the temporary routines for March 2018. ACTION NEEDED: Finish and return L1, 3 temporary routines in March, continue quarterly sampling with future negative results. | ||
