Details: SUMMARY: Survey Significant Deficiency Violation Corrected DETAILS: I met Mary Lou Warren and the previous water operator (Ken) onsite to verify the overflow drain and vent are in place on the 1500 gal. underground storage tank. The tank has a narrow pipe extending out of the riser of the tank with a piece of fabric over the end of the pipe for venting. The Deficiency has been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None.
