| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiencies from System Survey Corrected DETAILS: System has corrected all deficiencies from their drinking water system survey. Mark Jensen has emailed me their operations and maintenance manual. Also they do not need a plan review for their second well as they are using only one well which was a mistake on the initial survey. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed from Cow Canyon. | ||
