| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency Resolution DETAILS: In December 2017, I reviewed photos of this system and discussed this system with Mike Krawczyk, operator. By all evidence, it is my conclusion there is no overflow valve associated with this system and, therefore, the deficiency for this is now considered resolved. ACTION NEEDED: Mark the following deficiency as resloved. | ||
