| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample Total Coliform + DETAILS: I left a message with Ken concerning the routine + sample. Water operator called me on 01/16/2015. I spoke with Ken, water operator, about taking 4 repeat samples ASAP-- one sample at the same location and the other three samples from various locations throughout the water system. Ken stated that he took the samples this morning. I reminded Ken that the following month requires 5 routine samples throughout the system including the positive site. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routines next quarter. | ||
