| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 5/17/17 DETAILS: I called & tried to leave a message with the contact but his voice mail was full. I left a message for Dave & Joey at Crow Water to let them know about the coliform detect. I mentioned that I tried Dave Frank but couldnt reach him. I let them know to be sure source samples were taken at both wells & 3 repeats in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
