| Details: | SUMMARY: Received Total Coliform Positive 12/26/2017 DETAILS: Sample labelled "QC Sink Warehouse #1" sampled 12/21/2017 came back positive for total coliform on 10/26. ACTION NEEDED: I reached out to Anna Plaisted on 12/26 and reminded her to follow her Total Coliform Sampling Plan. Anna returned my message on 12/28 and notified me that she is performing 3 Repeat Samples, including one at "QC Sink Warehouse #1" and a Triggered Source Sample. We discussed upstream and downstream repeats and verified she had the newest coliform response plan. The building had been unoccupied for the holidays when the test was drawn. Anna was coming in from vacation for confirmation tests. We discussed sources of testing contamination and sampling methodology. | ||
