| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform Reported DETAILS: I reached out to Postlewait Farms on 1/10/2018 by phone and left a message. On 1/11/2018 I was contacted back by Jeanna Wayland. Jeanna mentioned that the sample had been taken from a swivel arm sink with a device attached to the faucet allowing for a spray arm. We discussed locations and sampling methods.Jeanna intends to stop using the water for any food production and stated she intends to collect a single repeat sample from the system. When she receives a clean sample result from the lab she intends to resume production using well water. I intend to send a level 1 investigation form so she can evaluate her system. I also intend to send a sampling protocol handout. ACTION NEEDED: Evaluate Non-EPA, State-Reg vs. TNC at this system with assistance of onsite food safety inspector. | ||
