Details: SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: Significant deficiencies noted during 12/12/17 survey have all been corrected. On 2/9, Mitch sent me pictures of a new screen on the well vent, a caulked and sealed wire port and a new gasket on the reservoir hatch cover. ACTION NEEDED: These items are considered corrected.
