| Details: | SUMMARY: L2 Investigation Follow-up DETAILS: Emailed with Peter Johnson of ALMR with the following:"On 10/18/2017 I visited your facility to conduct a level 2 coliform investigation and on 10/31/2017 I mailed you the completed investigation report and a cover letter. In the report three defects were identified with a statement that says correct by March 1, 2018. Did you correct these defects?" ACTION NEEDED: Water system is to collect 3 repeat samples and 1 source sample. Because they are not on monthly sampling, no temporary routine samples are due next month. | ||
