| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: 1-10-18 ---Three repeat samples collected 1-8-18 tested TC+. Left a phone message for Janet requesting a return call.1-11-18 --- Spoke with Steven Tucker: he says Janet Williams is no longer the contact for this water system. I discussed the latest sample results with him and he said he would call a pump company to shock chlorinate the system. I advised him that he would likely be receiving a level 1 coliform investigation form in the mail. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
