Details:	SUMMARY: Violation Resolution DETAILS: Violation No. 2305652I called and spoke to the manager of the retail food establishment, Jon Ream, regarding the lack of submitting the 4-log compliance monitoring forms for Sept. 2017-January 2018. I also spoke with the manager regarding the result of every test yielding 0.6 mg/L and the coliform test results showing different ranges in chlorine residual (including one with 0 mg/L). Jon and I discussed the past result of E.coli in the water at the firm and the importance of maintaining a minimum chlorine residual of at least 0.5 mg/L. He had the employee responsible for testing the firms water contact me to discuss water sampling. During my discussion with the employee responsible, he informed me that the test kit he is currently using is a pool type test kit and can only test the range of 0.4-0.6 mg/L. I asked the employee to discuss with the manager the purchase of a new/approved test kit and sent the manager a link for the type of test kit that would be approved. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure test kit is purchased/used and ensure report for February 2018 is submitted.
