| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Routine Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Routine sample 2/22 positive. Lab called me and asked about repeat sampling and that there was no raw sample tap for well #1. Historically, a raw sample tap in the valve box has been used for well #1 (pitless adapter), but now that they have been making improvements it appears as if there may not be a raw sample tap for well #1. The lab will take a reservoir sample in place of a source sample as the triggered. System is currently working to install continuous chlorine and make other improvements including a new and improved raw sample tap for well #1. This can be done in the new chlorination room being built as discharge lines from both sources will enter this room prior to chlorination and into reservoir. ACTION NEEDED: Install chlorine as required ASAP and ensure there is a raw sample tap for well #1. | ||
