| Details: | SUMMARY: L1 Investigation Details DETAILS: I have received a completed level 1 investigation from this system. The operator did not specify a known cause for the recent TC positive samples. I have noted the most probable cause as groundwater contamination on the L1. I will continue to monitor upcoming samples and assist the system. ACTION NEEDED: System will be taking 3 temporary routines in February and shall be evaluated by myself. | ||
