| Details: | SUMMARY: Well Plan Review and Waiver From Construction Standards DETAILS: Subsequent to my email to the store, the owners son David contacted regarding the unfinished 2009 plan review and the requirement for a construction standard waiver. I explained the forms to him and we outlined a timeline for next contact. ACTION NEEDED: David will contact plan review, had completed the waiver form, and will attempt to complete plan review and submit the waiver to Drinking Water Services within the next two weeks. I will extend the compliance deadline since we have movement on the significant deficiency. | ||
