| Details: | SUMMARY: Received Total Coliform Positive 12/26/2017 DETAILS: Firm was asked to complete a Level 1 investigation for missing their temporary routines the month after a positive total coliform. Firm collected their repeats. Operator of drinking water system is new to water. I was distracted by sampling technique talks and repeat explanations and failed to remind the firm about the temporary routines. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
