| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Samples TC+ DETAILS: Water operator called me around 2:30 pm about routine water samples coming back TC+ at two sample sites. I received the voicemail at 4:20 pm. I called him and he said that the lab doesnt take samples during Friday afternoons before the weekend. He said he would take the repeat samples Monday. I asked him to take 3 repeat samples at "each" routine sample site that was TC+. We discussed that recent work on a line near the new filtration site may have caused the contamination. I told him if the repeat samples come back positive, that he would have to conduct a Level 1 Investigation form within 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: Verify repeat sample results. | ||
