Details:	SUMMARY: Routine Sample Taken, Total Coliform Present DETAILS: Operator was contacted about taking the three repeats. One at the same site, one up stream, one down stream. There is no raw water sample tap installed at the well head. So if they want to take a raw water sample they need to install it. I would recommend that the operator take a residual chlorine sample at the time of taking the repeats if he has a Hach kit. Operator is to label the samples RP for repeat and TR for triggered if they can get a raw water sample. Also this is a State regulated system. ACTION NEEDED: Await results. Re-test in April.
