| Details: | SUMMARY: Monthly Coliform Monitoring = TC+ DETAILS: Said he may not have been as careful as usual in collecting sample. Was in a hurry. Discussed sampling technique and removal of any aerators on faucets prior to flushing spigot. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 samples-- one at positive site, one upstream and one downstream in distribution. Take one sample at each source. Mark distribution samples as repeats-- mark source samples as source and put the name of the well: ie "well 1, well 2". Take samples within 24 hours of notification of positive. | ||
