Details: SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: Park not open until April (seasonal system). Start-up sample was marked RT. Sample was TC+. This sample should have been marked - Special. Reviewed marking of samples, start up procedures - what to do prior to taking the "Special" sample. What to send to the State DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Provided Calla with proper start-up procedure, reviewed and demonstrated use of chlorine test kit. Contacted Compliance and Chuck Michael about removing the record of this sample. Waiting for response.
