| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: Repeats had one TC+ . Operator says 3 repeats were turned in to lab, but State only shows 2 being received. Operater checking on 3rd sample. Source also TC+. Operator says there was a leak at a drinking fountain, the day was rainy and windy when sample collected. ACTION NEEDED: Advised the system will need to have a level 1 investigation and they will need to attempt to resolve the problem prior to taking more samples. State will send a copy of the L1 Investigation form and a letter. | ||
