| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrective Action Plan Due Date Updated DETAILS: Operator requested an extension for completion of the golf course UV reactor installation. The main reason being the transition of the Citys water treatment department to a new company. Paperwork finalization and employee testing deadlines have been set for this week. In addition to this, Mr. Page stated having a considerable staff shortage at the moment - an average of 2 employees down every day. Given the circumstances, I have extended the corrective action plan due date to March 30th. ACTION NEEDED: Operator will complete the installation of the Viqua Pro-24-186 UV reactor by March 29, 2018. | ||
