| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Significant Deficiency Corrections Status DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Bakul regarding the status of the corrective actions for the significant deficiencies noted during the water system survey conducted on 11-1-17. The only corrective action completed so far is the installation of the screen on the well vent. I reminded him of the requirements to correct the significant deficiencies and submit written verification that they have been corrected and the dates of correction to the regulatory agency by 3-19-18 or be on an approved schedule of correction. I encouraged him to contact me with any questions he may have. ACTION NEEDED: Submit written verification that the significant deficiencies have been corrected and the dates they were corrected or be on an approved schedule of correction by 3-19-18. | ||
