| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint - Depoe Bay tells subdivision booster pump their responsibility DETAILS: Complaint that Depoe Bay has informed residents of Eastridge Subdivision that the booster pump for their neighborhood is their financial responsibility (pay power and maintenance) because plan review was not final. Subdivision lots on individual meters (no master meter) and there is no legal agreement that the subdivision is a purchasing system.
