| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 12/18/17 DETAILS: I called & left a message to let the operator know about the coliform detect. I let him know to be sure to take a source sample at the well & 3 repeats in the distribution system. I also let him know to be sure to check the chlorinator & take 3 temp routine samples in January. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
