Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 7/3/17 DETAILS: I spoke with Karen to let her know about the coliform detect. I let her know to be sure source samples were taken at both wells & 3 repeats in the distribution system. If any of the follow ups are positive for coliform, a level 1 investigation will be needed. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
