| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample Came Back TC+ DETAILS: I contacted Mary Lou on 03/7/2018. Her routine sample came back TC +. I stated that she will need to take 3 repeat samples within 24 hours. She stated that she knows they will come back positive and is not going to submit the samples. She is going to contact OAWU and see if they can come out to give her some guidance. She wants to bleach the whole system. She is getting in contact with Edge Analytical and the well companies as well. I explained to her that by not submitting her 3 repeat samples it will automatically trigger a Level 1 investigation. If this is triggered I informed her that this would be her 3rd one in a 12 month period and she would be required to install chlorination for residual maintenance within 6 months. She has discussed the possibility of having a chlorine injector with the Circuit Rider. She is looking into quotes for chlorinators. She will contact Polk County next week when she meets up with OAWU. ACTION NEEDED: If repeat samples are not submitted then it will result in a Level 1 Investigation. | ||
