| Details: | SUMMARY: Did Not Report any RT Sample for February 2018 DETAILS: Violation 3364587I spoke with Mr. McDonald over the phone to find out why they missed their RT sample for the month of February. Mr. McDonald explained that the sample was collected, but the hospital in Gold Beach didnt get it shipped on time. A second sample was collected, but this time the lab rejected the sample because the bottle was too full. The operator collected a third sample and sent it to the lab, but by then it was already too late. ACTION NEEDED: Operator will collect one bromate sample prior to 3/31/2018. I also reminded Mr. McDonald that they are required to collect a nitrate sample at some point during this year. | ||
