| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 2 Coliform Investigation Corrective Action Status DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Bolton regarding the status of the installation of treatment to maintain a disinfectant residual throughout the system by 3-26-18. He informed me that a plan for the installation was submitted to OHA Driniking Water Services (DWS) in early January of 2018 and that the system is awaiting a response from OHA DWS prior to scheduling the installation of the chlorinator. ACTION NEEDED: Install treatment equipment approved by OHA DWS to maintain a disinfectant residual throughout the system by 3-26-2018. | ||
