| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 11/28/17 DETAILS: I contacted the parks manager to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. He said that hell contact the lab to schedule follow up samples. I reminded him to be sure to take a source sample at the well & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also reminded him to be sure to take 3 temp routines in Dec. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up results & respond as necessary. | ||
