| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 12/5/17 DETAILS: I contacted the parks manager to let him know about the follow up total coliform positive samples. I sent him a level 1 investigation form & gave him some guidance in filling out the form. He indicated that they have had the system on/off lately installing new plumbing in the park. This is the likely cause of the coliform detects. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed level 1 investigation & monitor further results. | ||
