| Details: | SUMMARY: Source & Repeat Samples Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 11/13/17 DETAILS: The operator called me to let me know about the total coliform follow up samples. He wasn’t sure why the follow up samples were coliform positive on well # 2. I let the operator know that a level 1 investigation will be needed if any of the follow up samples are positive for coliform. I told the operator how to find the level 1 investigation form & helped him with how to fill it out. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain level 1 investigation & monitor further sample results. | ||
