| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 11/27/17 DETAILS: Kirk called to let me know about the repeat total coliform detections. He wasn’t sure if they needed to do a level 1 investigation. I let him know that it is not needed for a Non-EPA system. He indicated that he would work to figure out what is causing the coliform & let me know what he finds. I reminded him that three temp routine samples will be needed in Dec.
