| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 10/24/17 DETAILS: Michael from Always Pure called to let me know about the follow up samples that were positive for coliform. He let me know that he is working with Megan Freauff at the restaurant. She is the manager while the owners are out on medical leave. I contacted Megan & scheduled a level 2 investigation. ACTION NEEDED: Conduct level 2 investigation & report to DWS. | ||
