| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 10/24/17 DETAILS: I spoke with the new contact about the positive repeat coliform samples. I sent a level 1 coliform template. This is a non-EPA system so the system doesn’t need to complete it but I suggested thay they use it to help track down a possible source of coliform. She is working with Always Pure water to resolve the issue. I let her know to take 3 temp routine samples in Nov. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor results & respond as necessary. | ||
