| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 9/27/17 DETAILS: I called the operator to let her know about the total coliform positive sample. She said that the lab had let her know. I reminded her to be sure to take a source sample at each well & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also mentioned to be sure to take 3 temp routines in October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up results & respond as necessary. | ||
