| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 10-4-17 DETAILS: I stopped by the restaurant & dropped off a copy of the level 1 investigation with the manager. The owner was not available at the time. I let the manager know that one of the follow up samples was positive for total coliform. The investigation will need to be completed & returned to this office for review within 30 days. I let the manager know to have the owner call with questions. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed level 1 inv. & respond as necessary. | ||
