| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 8/29/17 DETAILS: I called & left a message to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know a source sample will be needed at each of the 2 wells & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I let the operator know that a level 1 investigation will be needed if any of the follow up samples are positive for coliform. I also recommended checking the chlorinator. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
