| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 8/30/17 DETAILS: I contacted the operator & he knew about the total coliform sample. He indicated that he knew where to find the level 1 investigation & let me know that the chlorinator was malfunctioning. It has been repaired and the system now has a chlorine residual. He will send me the completed level 1 asap. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain level 1 investigation for review & respond as necessary. | ||
