| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 9/13/17 DETAILS: I contacted the school. I spoke to school staff about the water sampling. I let her know that the routine sample was total coliform positive. I also let her know that a source sample will be needed & 3 repeat samples in the distribution. She indicated that William ran samples in to the lab. I let her know to check to be sure follow up samples were taken & if William had questions to call. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up results & respond as necessary. | ||
