| Details: | SUMMARY: Received request from CWS for assistance with equipment and operational problems DETAILS: BACKGROUND Multiple calls from Dave many regarding intake issues silting, iron, prechlorination, TTHM concerns, polymers and changing from alum to an ACH or a PAC. What to do with my backwash water? I have worked with Langlois in the past to resolve issues in a Sanitary Survey still outstanding from that Survey is a flow meter on the stored effluent from the plan. As often the case with smaller systems money is hard to come by for big ticket items. The question being posed by Dave are in many cases not simple fixes. ACTION PERFORMED Generally we have discussed options. A water Master Plan to address many issues facing system may be the option of choice. ACTION NEEDED: Assist when requested by Dave in what ever capacity possible. |
