| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed status of system with operator- positive TC on 1/30/07 DETAILS: The operator indicated he is planning to do multiple coliform samples at one location to check for lab error (false positive samples). I told him he could label those samples as "specials." We discussed the need for the system to resolve the ongoing total coliform MCL status. I asked him if he had a plan for resolving the problem(s). He stated he was going to fix a leak in the distribution, disinfect, and do five routines in Feb 07. I urged him to call the circuit rider for technical assistance and gave him the phone number. We discussed that the system has three consecutive months of bacterial contamination and unless it is resolved in a timely manner, the system will have to choose among several options to RTC.
