| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Sample Was Above MCL DETAILS: The water system has been deactivated and restaurant has been closed since 2015. The property has been sold and the new operator took samples for the system prior to change of information form was sent to the state. The sample should be marked as special as this facility is not yet operational or serving the public. Contacted new owner, updated water system information form and sent to state compliance. ACTION NEEDED: New owners have American pool/spa Company which installed arsenic filter will be coming out Tuesday to check on filter. Facility will run water to minimize sediment impact on water quality and check filters. Facility will take new Special sample under new facility information. After testing, facility will open to the public when they comply with food code and water quality requirements. | ||
