| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Kat called to report the confirmed TC detection in one of the repeat samples. I faxed her the L1 coliform investigation form. She had Stettlers come out and shock chlorinate the well and flush on 3/14. She submitted a completed L1 coliform investigation form on 3/15. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on routine sample in April. | ||
