| Details: | SUMMARY: Three Repeat Samples Collected 2-16-18 Tested TC+ DETAILS: 2-20-18 - Three repeat samples collected 2-16-18 tested TC+. I called Pastor Lyle and requested a return call.2-21-18 - Called Pastor Lyle: no answer.2-23-18 - Spoke with Pastor Lyle: we discussed having him hire a contractor to shock chlorinate the system. I also advised him that a level 1 coliform investigation form would be coming in the mail and reminded him the next samples due are three temp routines in March. NOTE: DWS HAS CHANGED COLIFORM SAMPLING SCHEDULE TO MONTHLY-- THEREFORE, ONLY ONE ROUTINE SAMPLE IS DUE IN MARCH. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
